GrowPMM is operated by Grow PMM. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about you when you use our website and course.

2. What we collect & why

• Account data (name, email, hashed password) — to create and operate your account.
• Purchase records (order ID, amount, date) — to give you access to what you've bought and to provide receipts.
• Usage data (lessons viewed, basic device information, IP address) — to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• Support messages — to respond to you.

3. Legal basis

We process this data to perform our contract with you (providing the course), based on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and where required, based on your consent or to comply with a legal obligation.

4. Who we share data with

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers — to host the application, database, video files, and email delivery.
• Professional advisers and authorities — only where legally required.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax and legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email hello@growpmm.com — we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies (for authentication and session management) and minimal analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
