1. Who we are

GrowPMM ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Grow PMM. These Terms govern your use of the GrowPMM website and the online video course we provide (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service you confirm you accept these Terms and have authority to do so.

3. The product

GrowPMM is a self-paced video course on product growth. Purchase grants you lifetime personal access to all current and future course content released as part of the GrowPMM lifetime plan.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights;
• Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security of the Service;
• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account credentials.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and software remain the property of Grow PMM. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your own personal use.

6. Account credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose) are disclaimed.

8. Payment, billing, taxes & cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these Terms.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
